Phase 0 · PilotQ4 2026 – Q1 2027
Six pilot recordings, three in Singapore and three remote. Notes launched. Brand, studio and release workflow in place. Measure: completion rate and author satisfaction.
Phase 1 · Season one2027
Twelve Conversations, about forty Briefs, weekly Notes. Singapore Sessions monthly. First sponsors under the published agreement. Meridian Pro waitlist opens.
Phase 2 · The desk2028
Meridian Pro and Research Desk launched. Venue desks at ICLR, ICML, NeurIPS, ACL, EMNLP and CVPR. Licensing for universities. Talent bridge with magellon.
Phase 3 · The archive2029
Seasons by theme and region; Japanese and Chinese subtitles; the Author Map as a standing reference; Meridian Live evenings at more venues.
